Digital Assets & Prediction Markets

Digital assets and event contract (prediction) markets are among the fastest-growing and most closely watched areas of derivatives regulation today. Once a digital asset is classified as a commodity and traded as a future, option, or swap, it becomes subject to the same CFTC Part 43 and Part 45 real-time and swap data reporting requirements that apply across traditional derivatives markets. Following the SEC and CFTC's March 2026 joint interpretation on digital asset classification, and the CFTC's move to support responsible development of event contract markets, reporting infrastructure in this space is still catching up to trading volume. Concyrge applies the same dual-sided, field-level reporting analysis used across our other service lines to digital commodity derivatives and event contract markets — helping firms keep their reporting accurate and audit-ready as the regulatory framework continues to develop.
